amlerhood helps housing societies keep accounts, dues, rent, notices and related records. Which modules you can use depends on your society's plan and settings.

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and code private. What you can see and do depends on your role in your society, and your society's administrators control who holds each role.

amlerhood never holds society funds, rent, deposits or commission. It records and reconciles what is reported. Responsibility for actual payments rests with the people making and receiving them.

Records belong to the society that entered them. Entries in the ledger are not edited or deleted; a mistake is corrected by a reversing entry, and changes are kept in an audit log.

Do not enter false records, access another society's data, try to bypass role or plan limits, upload unlawful content, or disrupt the service.

AI suggestions are optional and are not professional accounting, legal or tax advice. A person must approve anything that changes the books.
